What Nation Has More Saunas Than Cars?
Did You Know!
One little-known fact about Arkansas is that it contains the world’s only public diamond-bearing site, Crater of Diamonds State Park. Unlike most mining areas, visitors are allowed to search the 37-acre field and keep any diamonds they discover. Since the park opened to the public in 1972, thousands of diamonds have been found, including several weighing more than 10 carats. This makes Arkansas one of the few places on Earth where an ordinary visitor can legally uncover and keep a real diamond.
